Mark Hulsey

Mark Hulsey has been the Managing Broker of RE/MAX Results – Commercial Group since he started the group back in 2003. Since then, he has shaped Results Commercial into one of the top performing divisions within RE/MAX Commercial in the U.S. He is an accomplished public speaker, and often shares his knowledge of the commercial real estate world with RE/MAX and other organizations. In addition to being a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Mark has received commercial real estate sales production awards every year since 2003 and has also been named a Super-Agent by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine.
Hayden Hulsey, CCIM
Commercial Broker
Hayden Hulsey has been a Commercial Broker at RE/MAX Results – Commercial Group since 2011. Hayden is a CCIM Designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Commercial Real Estate’s Global Standard for Professional Achievement. He has been licensed for 7 years and holds real estate licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Hayden received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Jake Gundershaug
Jake Gundershaug joined RE/MAX Results – Commercial Group in 2018. He serves in a variety of roles providing admin/operations support, and executing marketing campaigns. Simultaneous to working with our group, he is obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.

Douglas Harris
Commercial Broker
Douglas Harris joined RE/MAX Results – Commercial Group in 2017 after spending several years with the Kirby & Christina Team at RE/MAX Results. He has been practicing real estate full time since 2012 and previously worked as the Head of Production Finance at The Weinstein Company, formerly Miramax. His experience in journalism, finance, and residential real estate brings a unique perspective to the group. Douglas is also a current CCIM Candidate.

Brenda Tushaus
Chief Operating Officer
Brenda Tushaus has logged nearly twenty one years in the real estate industry. Sixteen years ago, she joined RE/MAX Results as their Technology Manager. Since then she has held a variety of titles, including Manager of Business Development and Director of Recruiting.
Today she oversees Technology, Marketing and Training. Despite the demands of running a rapidly-growing brokerage, Brenda particularly enjoys her coaching and one-on-one sessions she holds with sales executives on a regular basis.
As part of the executive team at RE/MAX Results, which includes John Collopy, Broker/Owner, and Lynn Foulke, CEO, Brenda has played an integral role in growing the RE/MAX Results brokerage to 1,100+ agents across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
